This thick and rich ketchup is packed with over 800g of Mediterranean tomatoes and then blended with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP for perfectly balanced sweetness, acidity and a complex depth of flavour.
You can use this wherever you use your regular ketchup, but try it in barbeque sauce, in cocktail sauce or on sweetcorn fritters. Try it in dishes where you want an umami depth of flavour.
