Yuzu Ponzu - Citrus Soy Sauce


 Ponzu is a blend of dark soy sauce, citrus juice and rice vinegar.

This ponzu, brewed at Daikō Shōyu, in Kinomoto, Japan is flavoured with incredible yuzu juice, for a bright accompaniment to your salad dressings and marinades, or as a dipping sauce for meats, fish and dumplings.
