Broolyn Delhi's Curry Mustard
Mustard is easy. To make regular mustard, just combine mustard seed and vinegar.
To make a really special mustard like Brooklyn Delhi's Curry Mustard, they have to brine whole brown and yellow mustard seeds overnight and then grind them just enough to be easily spreadable but with some texture. Then add a curry powder made from 7 spices!
Combining earthy notes of cumin and paprika, tangy tamarind and sweet brown sugar for the perfect accent to burgers, brats, sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie boards and dressings like our favourite Curry Mustard Shallot Vinaigrette.
Ingredients: water, distilled vinegar, brown sugar, mustard seeds, ground mustard, apple cider vinegar, spices (including turmeric and paprika), salt, tamarind, garlic, ginger.
