Dukkah, an Egyptian and Middle Easter condiment is an aromatic mix of nuts and spices.
Usually made with hazelnuts, each batch of this dukkah is prepared using a mix of roasted and ground spices, seeds and pistachios instead.
It is typically used by dipping bread into olive oil and then into the dukkah. This versatile mix can also be sprinkled on salads, roasted veggies, dips or soups. Try grilled salmon with brown butter dukkah!
Ingredients: roasted pistachios sea salt, cumin, organic toasted sunflower seeds, organic toasted sesame seeds, sumac, coriander, paprika, thyme.
