It's Alive hot sauces hail from England, and they were inspired by kimchi which uses Lacto fermentation.  These hot sauces have a gentle zing to go with the amazing chili flavor.

Their Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce blends scotch bonnet and sweet peppers slowly fermented for an intense fruity flavour. Eat It with everything!


Ingredients: Fermented capsicums, raw cider vinegar, fermented Scotch bonnet chillies (15%), cane sugar, salt, onion, garlic.
