The amazing folks at Abokichi used their delicious curry Okazu to make a fast and delicious cauliflower steak that's amazing for a busy weeknight.
This lovely recipe is from the folks at Abokichi, makers of our amazing Chili Miso, Curry Miso and Spicy Chili Miso!
1 head of cauliflower
4 Tbsp curry OKAZU
2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp Salt
Slice the cauliflower into 1/2 inch steaks (it is normal for some florets to fall off while slice) and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
Mix the OKAZU, maple syrup and salt together in a bowl, and use a cooking brush to cover the steaks with the sauce.
Cook for 15 minutes at 425°F, then flip the steaks and brush with the remaining sauce. Return the steaks to the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
