Turmeric, with its mustard-like, earthy aroma and pungent, slightly bitter flavor is widely used in foods around the world.  Mostly used in savory dishes, it imparts a delicious flavor and golden yellow color to a wide variety of foods.  It can even be used as a dye, or in herbal teas.


Use it in satays, Pandang curry, Thai yellow curry, many Indian dishes, or even in a golden latte.
