Belazu Rose Harissa
Harissa is a chili paste, made with roasted red peppers that are blended with garlic, herbs and spices.
Our Rose Harissa is a slow-burning chili heat, balanced with a sweet smokiness and a hint of rose.
In Tunisia, harissa is used in meat or fish stew with vegetables, to flavour couscous and in lablabi, a chickpea soup.
We like to use it with mayonnaise to make a delicious spicy mayo, or in yogurt as a marinade, in our burger mix, or even just a spoonful on eggs or avocado toast.
Ingredients: Rehydrated Paprika and Red Chilli Peppers, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Salt, Mixed Spices, Rose Petals. Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
