Belberry Yuzu Vinegar
This vinegar is made with fruit pulp from a Japanese citrus called yuzu. Yuzu is often described as a cross between lemon, lime and tangerine, with a bright citrus flavour.
Blend it with some extra virgin olive oil and you’ll have a fresh, pulp-filled dressing perfect for salads, beef or tuna carpaccio, Asian-inspired recipes, and other cold dishes. Delicious in a marinade or you can drizzle some overcooked dishes such as grilled king prawns and vegetables.
Ingredients: Vinegar 60%, yuzu juice 24%, powdered sugar, (sugar, glucose syrup), thickener: modified starch
