To be used as a final touch, like fleur de sel. They crumble easily with the fingertips to obtain fine flakes of salt that melt delicately in the mouth and bring a salty, pure and light taste.

A natural pyramidal salt to use as a pure fleur de sel with exceptional crispness.
A squid ink salt, its colour is due to the addition of 100% natural cuttlefish ink. Cuttlefish ink gives a slightly salty and iodized taste.
The 100% natural smoked salt is cold smoked with beechwood for 140 hours. Its aroma is deep and intense and its golden colour is unique. It gives a unique “smoked” note to raw vegetables, meat and fish.
