Shiro Dashi Shoyu - Soy Sauce & Dashi Stock

Shiro Dashi is a concentrate made from light soy sauce and dashi stock. It can be used to impart saltiness, umami and a smoky flavour to your dishes or made into a broth adding water using a ratio of 1:10.
